Participant Registration

Registration Regulation:


In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors should have a different conference registrant. However, co-authors may appear on multiple papers.

For inclusion in the IHSI 2025 Conference Proceedings and Publication, at least one registration per submission is required.

Students registering and paying "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to admin@ihsint.org

Participant Registration

The Conference registration fee includes:

  • - Participation in all open technical sessions (i.e. Parallel Paper Presentations)
  • - Entrance to Exhibition and Poster session area
  • - Access to full conference proceedings and Publications
  • - Digital Access to IHSI Open Access Edited Books and Publication


Hybrid Conference Mode: In order to give participants more flexibility, we will offer the option to attend in-person onsite or virtual/online  via the dedicated conference virtual platform. Participants are asked to select their preferred attendance option to present their work when submitting their participant registration.


Student volunteers: The success of the conference depends on the diligent work of student volunteers. If you would like to help at the conference in return for waiver of the registration fee, please contact the Student Volunteer Chair: admin@ihsint.org All student volunteer applications are submitted through the IHSI registration system.

Note 1. All presenters and authors of invited papers, regularly submitted papers and posters, invited session organizers, Tutorial instructors, Program Chairs, Program Board members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations will receive this discounted registration fee.
All others (unless a student) please consider "Regular fee" amount.

**To qualify for a student discount, please submit an official letter (in English) from your University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status. When submitting your registration form/payment, please send a scanned copy of this letter to: admin@ihsint.org

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@ihsint.org

For written cancellations received on or before 1 July, 90% of the registration cost will be refunded (including conference registration, tutorial fees, and reception dinner). 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 2 July - 20 Sept. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 20 Sept. All cancellations must be submitted to the Conference Administration. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees.
