Following the official EU and Italian health and safety advice and due to increased travel restrictions due to the pandemic new variants, the IHSI 2022 International Conference has now moved to a virtual event.
   
The need for continued access to research and learning has never been more important and we need to ensure safety and health to all our participants!
  
The conference will be taking place virtually on a dedicated online platform over the same dates as originally scheduled. We want to ensure safety and health first for all conference participants. The conference administration team and track chairs are all working collaboratively to ensure quality virtual event.
      
Starting January 1, 2022, the IHSI Submission system will be available for receiving your presentation files in preparation for the virtual meeting:

Participants will need to login to the submission system and author console, select “+Submit Presentation Files” and follow the steps to upload the following three files directly in the system:

For Paper Presentations:

• PowerPoint presentation slides (.ppt), we recommend 15 slides per presentation
• PDF proof for the presentation slides (.pdf)
• Recorded slide show with audio narration (MP4) with presentation duration should be about 10 minutes.
  

For Poster Demonstrations:

• PowerPoint presentation slides (.ppt), we recommend 1-3 slides per poster demonstration
• PDF proof for the presentation slides (.pdf)
• Recorded slide show with audio narration (MP4) presentation duration should be about 5 minutes.
